A group of Master Learning facilitators who can organize a workshop for PEP Facilitators which will help them to become better facilitators in workshops with teachers.
I believe that your expectation will be fulfilled, Keith.The PEP team is a good team, with a lot of committed and responsible people, although sometimes it doesn't look like that. I believe that it is so, because we are spending too much time on processes, rather then the results.
Keith, I'm so glad you were able to be with us for part of the first day. Your contributions and leadership will contribute much to help achieve this goal. I believe that we have outstanding participants who can take up the challenge of bringing a new level of quality to professional development in Macedonia. Eric

Can you explain a bit more about your phrase 'too much time on processes, rather then the results'?
